These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of myveli.com (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the Site. The Site and VELI brand are operated by The Salty Medic LLC (“VELI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. ONLINE STORE
VELI operates an online wellness store offering dietary supplements, personal-care products, cosmetics, food and beverage products, and related goods.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase from the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You may not use our products or Site for unlawful purposes or violate applicable laws while using the Site.
2. WELLNESS AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
Information available through VELI, including product descriptions, ingredient information, articles, guides, FAQs, comparisons, routines, product-discovery tools, search results, recommendations, and other educational content, is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
VELI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Information on the Site is not a substitute for advice from a physician, pharmacist, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on this Site.

People can respond differently to foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, personal-care products, exercise, nutrition, and wellness routines.
We do not guarantee that any product will produce a particular physical, health, appearance, performance, weight, sleep, mood, fitness, or other outcome for you.
Customer experiences, testimonials, reviews, examples, educational materials, and discussions of ingredients do not constitute a promise that another person will experience the same result.
5. PRODUCT DISCOVERY AND RECOMMENDATIONS
VELI may provide tools designed to help customers explore products based on interests, goals, ingredients, routines, preferences, or other information.
These tools are intended to assist with product discovery and education. Their results are not medical advice and should not be interpreted as determining whether a product is medically appropriate, necessary, safe, or effective for a particular person.
Product suggestions, comparisons, search results, automated responses, or recommendations may be generated or organized using automated technologies. Such outputs may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We work to present product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities, specifications, packaging, pricing, and availability accurately.
Products and packaging may occasionally change, including as manufacturers or fulfillment partners update formulations, packaging, labeling, or product specifications.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information when appropriate.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.
7. PRICING
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We may change prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability without prior notice.
If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order where permitted by law.
Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and may not be combinable unless expressly stated.
8. ORDERS
Your submission of an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, material listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are subject to our published Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners operate independently from VELI, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law for delayed, undelivered, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
10. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy.
Certain products may be ineligible for return after opening or use for health, hygiene, safety, or product-integrity reasons, subject to applicable law.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party providers for services including ecommerce hosting, payments, shipping, fulfillment, analytics, communications, and other operational functions.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Unless expressly stated, a link does not constitute our endorsement of the third party or everything contained on its website.
12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, but information on the Site may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated material, or technical inaccuracies.

The Site and its original content, including VELI branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product presentations, written content, educational materials, page designs, compilations, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to The Salty Medic LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, systematically extract, modify, create derivative commercial works from, or commercially exploit protected Site content without our permission, except as permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of VELI intellectual property to you.
14. REVIEWS, MESSAGES, AND USER CONTENT
If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, messages, feedback, or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.
You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, infringing, deceptive, obscene, malicious, or intentionally false content.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content.
By voluntarily submitting content intended for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content for operating and promoting VELI, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove user content where permitted by law.
15. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site to:
- violate applicable law;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
- interfere with Site security or operation;
- impersonate another person;
- submit materially false information;
- harvest personal information unlawfully;
- use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Site; or
- circumvent purchasing, security, or technical restrictions.
We may restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect customers, VELI, or our systems.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS INFORMATIONAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded and any express warranty provided with a particular product, we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer warranties or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SALTY MEDIC LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS INFORMATIONAL CONTENT.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Salty Medic LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Your submission and use of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
20. CHANGES TO THE SITE OR TERMS
We may update the Site, our services, or these Terms from time to time.
The current version of these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Changes apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

These Terms, together with the policies and terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and purchases made through it, except where additional terms expressly apply.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
